A Chocolate with a fun twist
One of our favorite new varietals with layers of surprises as you enjoy each bite. The chocolate is rich and as it melts you'll experience citrus notes followed by a flavor that we can only describe as the top of an Oreo cookie. We have paired it with both rich red wines and whiskeys and loved it each time.
We roast this bean using olfactory notes instead of time and temperature curves because we have found that this brings out the best in each batch. Times in the Melanger (stone grinder) are a bit longer as well with samples taken twice a day so that it can be pulled without sacrificing any of the delicate flavor notes.
Bars contain cacao, and organic sugar.
